1. Refunds:

• We offer a refund policy for cancellations made on eligible bookings which means that if you cancel your booking, you are entitled to a refund of the booking amount within 7 to 10-days after refund request.
• Refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment used during the booking process.
• Refunds for partially used services or non-refundable bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the service provider. We will assist you in processing the refund according to their policies.

2. Cancellations and Modifications:

• Cancellations or modifications to your booking must be made through our website or by contacting our customer support team.
